Note: Shortlisted candidates would have to go through 2 rounds of evaluation by client, including 1 Coder Pad round
Java Developer JD:
- Minimum 7-8 years hands on Core Java development experience
- 2 – 3 years strong handson experience in Java 8 development
- Strongcoding practices in OOPS Concepts, Data Structures, Java Algorithms, Design patterns
- Strong coding practices in Multi-Threading, Collections
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to solve scenario-based questions
- Attitude to challenge status quo and provide alternate solutions
- Educational background – should be an MCA, Computer Science graduate at least from Tier 1 colleges. Alternatively, Math / Statistics Graduates with IT from Tier 1 colleges can also be evaluated
- Investment Banking exposure would be preferred
- Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes
- Jira, Git, Confluence experience
- Excellent communication
