Job Description :
Ø The candidate should have good experience in Collections, especially Hard and Soft Bucket.
Ø Should have a fair knowledge of collection mechanism like skip tracing.
Ø The candidate should also exhibit strong process orientation. He/ she should be able to value add to the end customer experience by ensuring quick collection turnaround time of individual cases.
Ø The candidate should be able to work seamlessly with key stake holders - within the sales, credit, call center processing units and ensure both portfolio quality, resolution of early bucket cases, DPD tracking and monitoring of both individual cases and collection agencies.
Ø Good communication skills, the willingness for hard and intelligent work, and the ability to convince and win over key stake holders and the end customers are attributes which will help the candidate be successful in the role
Ø In-depth and sound knowledge of legal knowledge, including handling of arbitration cases and regulatory aspects of collections
