Interns – Core Careers Pvt. Ltd. – Across India

(Work from home)

The role & responsibility that will be assigned to you is the following.

1. Sourcing of candidates for the client / s assigned to you.
2. Assessing interest of the candidates, for the job they are being referred for, before sending them to the concerned client.
3. Coordinating interviews, of shortlisted candidates.
4. Discussing & negotiating offer made to the candidate.
5. On boarding of said candidate/s, onto client side.
6. Ensuring that his onboarding is smooth, by being in touch with the candidate/s for the first 2 days of his onboarding.
7. Your goal will be a minimum 4 hires per month if in insurance vertical and 8 candidates on boarding in case of BPO client.

At the end of the internship, you will receive the following from Core Careers Pvt. Ltd.

1. An internship completion certificate which will have your start date and end date.
2. The kind of work you have done with us, will be mentioned, along with special notes, that may help you, in your career going forward.
3. Names of the clients that you have worked with. Since most of our clients are renowed names / MNC companies, the mere mention of association with them adds value to the certificate.
4. An additional note of appreciation, provided you have shown exemplary dedication and good performance.

 

During your internship you may have access to confidential information or trade secrets and you acknowledge that you will not use it for your own purpose or disclose it to outside people .You also agree that after you conclude your internship, you will return all property of the company.

 

You will be paid a stipend of Rs. 2000/- per month in accordance with the provisions and rules from where your name has been referred (The minimum provision is for Rs.1000/- per month, provided the said intern is working from home, but we are providing double of that)
