About the role

We are seeking experienced and self-motivated full-stack Javascript/Django developer with the best software practices, capable of producing high-quality code. You will handle everything ranging from frontend to backend, and will work closely with our top talent engineers to build solutions in a quick yet collaborative process.

You will have the opportunity to help us experiment, architect, build and scale the next generation of the toolset to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the scoping, estimating and refining the Product requirements to produce high and low-level requirements documents and complete use cases as required.
• Minimise development life cycle durations to improve product "time-to-market" and deliver quality code.
• Identify appropriate technical solutions that meet the objectives of the business.
• Support the team members to enable them to meet their objectives (eg resolving issues holding them up).

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of development experience with proven ability to deliver quality code.
• Solid understanding of Django.
• Good understanding of ES6 / TypeScript / NodeJS.
• Good experience with CSS practices - Sass, BEM.
• Experience working with designs and theming.
• You have experience working with the performance profiling and debugging tools in your web browser of choice — tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and others.

Advantageous technical skills and experience

• Experience with CI & CD and
• Computer science fundamentals.
• AWS certified developer associate.
• Microservices architecture.
