- 5-8 years of experience working at a reputable tech company or startup. Tech stack: Java and Springboot; DBs - Mongo, SQL and Postgres
- Experience with Agile development methodology aspects with regards to Product Quality.
- Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; be a problem solver who loves having challenging problems to solve
- Strong team player, exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in Backend Development.
- The ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines is essential.
For the Backend Developer, we are looking for candidates -
- IIT CS (top 500 rank)
- 4-6 yrs of experience
- Startup team lead/CTO experience
- Full-stack exp will also work (pure backend is not a mandatory thing)
