Candidate profile we are looking for
1.Searching Online Databases (Access & Training will be provided)
2.Speaking to candidates
3.Advising Candidates / Applicants on the jobs on offer
4.Processing their resume
- Coordinating interview
- Closing offers of shortlisted candidates
- Ensuring the joining of the candidates
- Ensuring that the candidate stays in employment for a period of 2 - 3 months
We are looking for candidates who have had atleast 2 years of experience in recruitment. The candidate should have worked atleast 1 year in each company of employment, if not 2 years.
Candidate can be based anywhere in India, and prepared to work from home, till the forseeable future.
Candidates who are based in Kolkata, can start working from office from 1st January 2021, on an optional basis.
