  • If he fails to join - then repeat the entire process mentioned above

Charges are 12.5% - for details of the chargeable components please refer to our breakup of cost section.

  • For paying retained fees in advance, a discount of 20% will be given.
  • The fee to be entered is to be an approximation based on the salary to be given.
  • All charges will have additional service tax levied.
  • At all times you will have access to a Client Manager who will help you with the process.

Has to be more than 3 positions for salary ranges of 2 lacs and 3 lacs and we will charge 5000 per position. For each requirement we will give 10 interested candidates. For any additional candidates the charges are in following categories

  • Just forwarding cvs who fit the requirement without validation (our consultant calling and verifying interest) @ 250 rs per additional cv. We will check the requirements of your job/s (through our proprietary job description format) and send you candidates who fit the profile and have shown interest in a job that is of your requirement in the previous 10 days. We will give these cvs from all databases including our own exclusive database.
  • Cvs where interest is verified 500 rs per cv. (Our consultants call up the candidates and check for their interest in your organization and the job you are offering, and forward only the cvs of the candidates who show specific interest in same). You needs to fix the total number of interested candidates you want per opening, at the time of placing the order. You could alternately amend the order as you go along the hiring process.
  • At all times you will have access to a Client Manager who will help you with the process.

For any single position the following charges will apply :

  • 3% of the ctc - so if the ctc is 10 lacs then 30 thousand, for which client will get upto 15 validated interested candidates. (Core's Consultants would have spoken to the candidates and will only forward candidates who fit the profile of the requirement, and have shown specific interest in your organization).
  • If Core's consultants have to schedule and follow through with the candidate during various stages of the recruitment process, till joining, then 1.5% will be charged on the offered salary amount. In the above example that would be 15 thousand.
  • if any more than 15 cvs are required to close the position then a charge of Rs. 500 per cv will be charged. We will check the requirements of your job/s (through our proprietary job description format) and send you candidates who fit the profile and have shown interest in a job that is of your requirement in the previous 10 days. We will give these cvs from all databases including our own exclusive database.
  • If the cvs have to be checked for interest by our consultants then a charge of Rs. 800 per cv plus service tax will be charged.
  • All charges will have additional service tax levied.
